I created this blog to share and exchange valuable pizzamaking knowledge. I have already documented dozens of my pizzas on pizzamaking.com (user: AimlessRyan), and pizzamaking.com is an amazing site with lots of helpful, knowlegeable members. Unfortunately, there has become an ugly trend of censorship on that site, and I have a big problem with that.
Although I'll miss participating on pizzamaking.com, I feel like my attention will be better spent in an environment where I don't have to worry about being censored; where I don't have to worry about other people being censored; where everyone can say what they want to say.
So welcome to my pizza blog, where everyone is welcome and will probably never be censored. Once I get started, I will share lots of pictures and details of how I make my pizzas. I'll do my best to make this blog a place where people can easily learn how to make the best pizzas you've ever eaten.
